Vendor Information

Thank you for considering vending SSJ 2024! We know this year will be an amazing experience!

Product vendor spaces are approximately 10x10 spots. If you need a larger spot, please note that in your application. Each spot is first come first served. Once vendors are approved, we will send out a map of where your spot will be located. All vendors will be inside the concert venue. 

This is a 21 and over event, so please make sure that your helpers you bring are 21 years old or older.  One helper per vendor is allowed. If you intend to bring more, please contact us.

Food vendors will be selected and a map of your spots will be sent via email as well. Each food vendor is responsible for bringing a generator if required.

Selected vendors will be sent a contract and payment link as well as FAQ.

Below you'll find two forms; 1 for Food Vendors and 1 form for product/shopping vendors.

Product Vendors: Fee is $50 for the weekend.

Food Vendors: Fee is $150 for the weekend.

The process for all vendors is to fill out your form, wait for approval, and then a link will be sent for payment. All fees will be posted in the forms.
