FAQ &

cAMPING INFO

The address for the venue is 205 Kramer Road Arthur, NE 69121.  The road from the highway to the venue is a maintained dirt road and is approximately 2.5 miles to the ranch from the highway. We will have signs to show you the way from the highway.

  • This is another reminder that this is a 21 years of age and older event. You MUST have a valid photo ID (not expired) that you can show ticket administrators. Law enforcement will be present.

  • Camping is free with your purchase of a ticket. The campground and all surrounding areas are 21 years of age and only admittance, please do not bring anyone under 21, they will be escorted off the property immediately and will not be allowed back.

  • Bring lots of water to drink if you are camping. The weather in Nebraska can be hot! It's the midwest, it can also be chilly at night, or rain, so plan for any type of weather.

  • There will be food and drink vendors available for you to purchase food. In past years, there's also been really tasty barbeque cooked by some of the campers as well, so bring your charcoal grills (just not open fires) and cook up whatever you'd like.

  • No open fires or fireworks are allowed, security will put your fire out. Repeat offenders will be escorted off the property by security. Seriously, let's not burn the ranch down, that'd be bad.

  • No dogs/cats/zebras/bears etc. Please don't bring your pet. This is not a pet friendly event. Security will ask you to find alternative lodging for your pet.

  • We advocate for your right to bear arms, but please leave them at home. This is a fun event that will have alcohol involved. For the safety of the bands, concert attendees, and staff, please leave the pew pews at home. All bags going into the concert venue will be subject to search.

  • The nearest cell tower is a Viaero Wireless tower, your Verizon phones probably won't work. Please take a screen shot of your ticket if you are using the Eventbrite app to check your tickets in.

  • There are sandburs, cactuses, and wildlife at the venue. Please be aware of that if you decide you want to go barefoot or wear flip flops. This venue is on a cattle ranch, so there may also be cow poo.

  • Please, for the love of God, do not try to go find cows to tip or pet. The grass puppies are not domestic pets, they can be angry floofy danger moos.

  • The venue will have at least one handicap porta-potty. If you have mobility disabilities please contact us prior to the concert and we will make accommodations to get you to around the venue as well as a reserved spot to watch the concert. Email us at sandhillssummerjame@gmail.com

  • The concert area is a fenced in, dirt floor, outdoor venue. Plan accordingly.

  • There will be people with STAFF t-shirts on, please feel free to ask them for assistance if you need it. And we will have a first aid station set up in the concert venue area.
